The Challenge
As a newly launched property in a competitive travel destination, WelcomHeritage Natraj had no online visibility, no social media presence, and was entirely dependent on OTA platforms like Booking.com for reservations — paying heavy commissions on every booking. They needed professional visual content to compete with established properties, a website that could drive direct bookings, and a social + SEO strategy that would build long-term organic discovery.
Our Approach
We started with a full property shoot capturing rooms, suites, the restaurant, lobby, rooftop views, and lifestyle moments across different times of day. These became the foundation for every digital touchpoint.
The website was designed and developed with a reservation-first UX prominently featuring room categories, pricing, amenities, and a direct booking CTA to reduce OTA dependency. We structured the site for SEO from day one, targeting high-intent keywords like "luxury hotel in McLeod Ganj" and "best hotel in Dharamshala."
For social media, we built a consistent visual identity across Instagram, Facebook, and Threads with a content strategy that blends stunning property visuals, local McLeod Ganj culture, guest experiences, and seasonal offers. Our paid lead generation campaigns on Meta targeted travel-intent audiences honeymooners, family trip planners, and solo travellers driving qualified enquiries directly to the property's WhatsApp and reservation page.
