The Challenge
The Indian protein bar market is flooded with brands that all look the same — dark colors, bold fonts, fitness imagery. Alter Eat needed to break through this visual noise with a brand that felt fresh, premium, and approachable. They also needed a Shopify store that could launch quickly, convert well on mobile, and support their D2C growth from day one. With no existing brand assets, content, or online presence, everything had to be created from scratch under tight timelines.
Our Approach
We started with deep market research — analyzing competitors like Yoga Bar, The Whole Truth, and RiteBite to identify visual and messaging gaps. From there, we built a brand identity system centered around clean aesthetics, vibrant product colors, and a tone of voice that's health-conscious but never preachy.
For the Shopify store, we focused on mobile-first UX, fast load times, and a product page structure designed to convert — highlighting key differentiators like "no added sugar," "30% protein," and "no preservatives" above the fold. Product photography was shot at DigiStick Studio with lifestyle and white-background setups optimized for both the website and marketplace listings.
